ROFL, I am glad you asked!  I waited & waited yesterday, got kicked out once, then later gave up after about 5 mins.  I talked to our electronic access person & she said, yes, they are definitely unreliable and perhaps I'd have better luck this morning.  So I tried again.  ***Nine minutes*** it took to access the site.

I was searching access to the Reference Librarian for which we've not yet been invoiced for 2008, despite months of emailing back and forth with my vendor, and supposedly, them with Haworth and thinking what finally did show up is not what we *should* have, so went about it another way and spent another 10-or-so minutes waiting.  I didn't actually time myself the second time, but it definitely was not any quicker.

So.  Do other libraries have access to Reference Librarian beyond v. 47 (issues 97 & 98)?  I am seeing 100 & 101 out in print . . .
