Good Morning Debbie,

We also received issues without the inclusion of ACP Journal club. We
received two different versions of the May 20th issue, each with
different content and covers. Both included the article about "An
Advantageous Marriage," but only one actually contained the ACP Journal
Club portion (which was edged in blue). However, we have received our
June 17th issues and there is no ACP Journal Club portion included. It
seems the publisher is still trying to work out the kinks with this
'Advantageous Marriage.' And yes, I completely agree with you- it would
have been nice to have been notified in some way other than the
editorial article.

Subject: [SERIALST] Annals of Internal Medicine & ACP Journal Club

There was an editorial in May 20th issue of Annals of Internal Medicine
entitled "An Advantageous Marriage". Reading it, I learned that ACP
Journal
Club would become a part of Annals starting with that issue. It was to
appear in the second monthly issue. However, the issue I received had no
section containing ACP Journal Club. Did anyone receive a May 20th issue
that did have the ACP Journal section? Today, I received a second copy
of
the June 17th issue. The interesting thing is that one issue has an ACP
Journal Club section and the other does not.

I thought it was strange to not receive any notification from the
publisher
that this change was taking place. If I hadn't read the editorial, I'm
not
sure how long it would have taken me to figure out what was going on
with
ACP Journal Club! And why are there (apparently) two different versions
of
the June 17th issue.

Anyone have an insight for me?

Debbie
