I hope a CONSER library can look into this confusing/conflicting ISSN
situation and correct OCLC as necessary:

OCLC #44815609 (Emerging Europe monitor. South East Europe) has in
the ISSN field:
022 0_ 1469-5286 $y 1469-5286 $2 2

But ISSN 1469-5286 also appears as valid in the record for the
previous title, OCLC #32649801 (South East European monitor):
022 __ 1469-5286 $y 1023-2575

Ulrich's has 1469-5286 for "Emerging Europe monitor. South East Europe."
