This is part of Kim Maxwell's (MIT) "Art of Claiming" which she originally gave as a NASIG workshop.    The focus is on print subscriptions.

Also, at the NASIG Conference in Phoenix, June 5th - 8th, there will be a Strategic Session on claiming entitled:
To Claim, or Not to Claim: Claiming Questions in the E-world (Friday, June 5th)
