We have 2 MSP2000 and 1 MSP6000. They seem to be reliable. The service
person comes in every month to check on the machines.

You can't go wrong with the Minolta SP2000.

We are looking to purchase a new microform reader, and would really like
it to have the capability to digitize the documents.
I'm looking for feedback from this group about models that work well,
and models to avoid. Also, any other issues that come along with
providing this type of service that you may have encountered.

Thanks,
