IMO:
Index for Senate and House journals -->
Index for Iowa Senate and House journals
Minor. Iowa Senate is variant is Senate.
Index for Senate and House journals -->
Index for Iowa Senate and House of Representatives
Minor. Remember, you need to check against origianl 245. IMO:
* addition of Iowa is minor (variant name)
* deletion of journal is minor (after 1st five words and doesn't change scope of title)
* addition "of Representatives" is minor (variant name)
