I've found that sometimes Ebsco will do the Ingenta registrations for us, and other times not. Maybe has something to do with publishers and their allowance of third-party registrations? Such a nuisance to go through this every year, and my pet peeve with annual re-registrations is the instruction to get the title number off the mailing label. I was told that EBSCO would specifically assist with Ingenta registrations (as it says on the support.ebsco.com site), but it turned out to be a lot more trouble and a delayed process: they told me the title was registered when it wasn't, and since 2006 I've done them myself. -Toni Toni Fortini Online Access Assistance Coordinator Bailey/Howe Library The University of Vermont toni.fortini@uvm.edu Liping Song wrote: > I've learned to always ask my EBSCO person to help when it comes to > activating subscriptions at Ingenta.
