If I may add my two cents:
My problem with Ingenta is that each year, for each title (or many, you're
never sure which ones) you have to go back and re-register your
subscription. Somehow they don't have good communication with the publishers
and vendors. After I set up an online journal the first time, I don't want
to have to do it again every year. In some cases we've been without access
(that was paid for) for a VERY long time and only heroic efforts by EBSCO
got the access turned on. I don't entirely avoid Ingenta (though I may start
to), but I groan when they are the only way to get online content! It makes
me feel like calling the journal publisher and asking if they've heard of
HighWire.
