No, in my case, Ingenta actually said some of our ip addresses belong to
a different college farther west in Kansas. I had our systems admin
check this out and verified that they are not. Despite this, we cannot
set up an account. I kept getting the same woman by email that kept
insisting we were incorrect. It is a small number of titles anyway, and
I don't see much point in having that kind of headache.
