Hi,
McSweeney's never comes the same way twice!  We decided to catalog these as a monographic series, housed in our circulating collection (books, not periodicals).  For this one in particular, we imported the OCLC bib for "McSweeney's Issue 26" and attached an item record for each of the 3 parts.
