Good morning!

We are considering buying an E.R.M. product.  We have an Innovative system and have looked at I.I.I.'s product and are planning on looking at Serial Solutions.  From what I have read on the listservs, it seems most of you have chosen Serial Solutions over the Innovative product?  Or am I wrong?  And could you tell me why?  Thanks!
