Title change or not? OCLC# 69672401 Kay Teel 07 Mar 2008 23:15 UTC

I'm hoping a CONSER library can help:

I'm looking at OCLC# 69672401 "Japan+ : Asia-Pacific perspectives"
and OCLC# 52432835 (a CONSER record) "Asia-Pacific perspectives,
Japan+" ISSN 1348-4419.

The record for "Japan+" says it is a title change from OCLC#
52432835, but both records show that the publication ceased with v.
4, no. 12 (Apr. 2007). There is no 785 linking entry from # 52432835.

I don't have any issues in hand to verify that the words in the title
were reordered with May 2006, but a letter from the publisher of the
successor online magazine, ("Highlighting Japan") calls its preceding
title "Japan+ Asia-Pacific perspectives."

Should there be two records? If so, could # 52432825 be updated with
correct cessation information and a 785 linking entry?

Thank you in advance!
