Graphis publishes an annual that keeps changing title:
2004: PhotoAnnual (OCLC #54401410)
2005-2006: Photo  (OCLC #57662155)
2007: Photography
2008: PhotographyAnnual

The 2005 record #57662155 is still open and has a 246 "Photography" for 2007. Can this really be considered a "minor" change?
A separate record was created for "Photography" but it is marked for deletion in OCLC.

Any suggestions?
