I spoke to a librarian at the St. Paul Pioneer Press yesterday and she indicated that the ProQuest message was sent in error.  The St. Paul Pioneer Press will continue to be available from ProQuest in microfilm.  I will contact her and encourage her to share the information on SERIALST.

It is not available for purchase from the Minnesota Historical Society
and the National Archive Publishing Company does not carry it either.
Any suggestions for other vendors?
