Generally, I look at use trends over time, so the basic COUNTER reports
tend

to cover everything I need. I am glad that your company is seeing that
there

is value in providing this information to institutional subscribers.
Most of

the major players have done so already, but I am frequently surprised
when I

discover that use stats are not provided by a particular source, or if
they

are, they are cumbersome to retrieve.
