If you are attending the 2008 ALA Midwinter Meeting, please consider
participating in the ALCTS Scholarly Communications Interest/Discussion
group meeting on Monday, January 14, 2008 in the Franklin 6 room of the
Marriott from 1:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. Everybody's welcome!
The meeting will kick off with some thoughts by Karen Albert MLS AHIP,
Director of the Talbot Research Library of the Fox Chase Cancer Center in
Philadelphia. Ms. Albert was a presenter during the Medical Library
Association's November 20, 2007 webcast entitled "Scholarly Publishing and
