We recently switched from EBSCO to WT Cox. The transition has
complicated things, but I would say Cox is much easier to work with.
They are much more responsive, and they don't seem to have as much
turnover, so it's much easier to establish a relationship with the
customer service representative. Additionally, it is much simpler to
view the order, place claims, and check claims on-line. Finally, Cox
charges us less than EBSCO.
