Re: problems with Taylor and Francis/ InformaWorld e-access?

Hi Mark,
As I mentioned in my email right before the holidays, our main problem
during this last year was inconsistent access, however we are also
flat-out being denied access to several titles that we have
subscriptions for. I've been testing this through the holidays. Lately
(during the last two weeks), our access or non-access has been
consistent.

Many of our subscriptions to Taylor and Francis titles that are supposed
to be active at InformaWorld are not and I am wondering whether we are
one of the few or the many who have problems with InformaWorld access.
Most common occurence is that a current subscription is not recognized
leaving us with access only to the previous years for which we purchased
an online subscription, no backfiles and no current year. How about you?
Thanks.
Mark
