This hasn't come up very often on informaworld - but we're currently looking into it with your subscription agent Mark to make sure all of our information is in synch and to find out why this has happened to you. My colloeagues on the informaworld support desk are going to get in touch with you directly.
Happy New Year to you all!

Subject: [SERIALST] problems with Taylor and Francis/ InformaWorld e-access?
Many of our subscriptions to Taylor and Francis titles that are supposed
to be active at InformaWorld are not and I am wondering whether we are
one of the few or the many who have problems with InformaWorld access.
Most common occurence is that a current subscription is not recognized
leaving us with access only to the previous years for which we purchased
an online subscription, no backfiles and no current year. How about you?
Thanks.
Mark
