Greetings and salutations!

Amy Carlson, Serials Head at University of Hawaii at Manoa, and I are
working on an article together for a special issue of Serials Librarian
about the "Big Deal."  As many of you already know, publishers and vendors
began approaching libraries several years ago with offers for packages of
electronic journals for a single price.  We are interested in how many
libraries have purchased bundled journal products, those who have canceled
subscriptions, as well as seeing what other options to the "Big Deal"
librarians have discovered.  We invite you, regardless of the size or type
of library you work in, to participate in our survey.
