Is anyone experiencing problems with online access to CSIRO
titles(COMMONWEALTH SCIENTIFIC AND INDUSTRIAL RESEARCH ORGANIZATION)?  It
looks like they are down, but I have not received any reply to email
queries I have sent.  We cannot even access the homepage for CSIRO
publishing from a search engine http://www.publish.csiro.au/journals/.  I
don't know how long they have been down, but I was notified yesterday by a
patron.  If they are experiencing technical difficulties, it would be nice
if they sent out some kind of notification.  To cover all bases, I wanted
to confirm it wasn't just us, and to find out whether anyone had any
helpful information.
