Never! JSTOR and Project Muse are our most reliable services. Perhaps
you did not have this JSTOR contact info for the public library
collections? --

Subject: [SERIALST] JSTOR, MUSE Reliability?
Do those of you with a subscription with Project JSTOR and/or Project
MUSE
have any service problems?
Two months ago I received funding for the initial subscription for
Project
JSTOR's Public Library collections, but have been unable to attract any
attention from them. E-mails and telephone calls are left unanswered,
so I
wonder if this indicates the support once a subscription is made, in
which
case I *really* don't want to do so.
