The title did cease and was subsequently bought by another person some 4
years later. Now, he is beginning to revive the journal and it will
resume with, evidently the same numbering. Should make for an
interesting bibliographic record/s. I believe the archive for this List
has previous chatter on the matter (spring 2007?). We have actually
gotten reimbursements from NAPC for the standing orders we did not
receive. They hope to be filming again with the resumption, so we are
waiting to re-establish our standing order with them.

2007. The OCLC record actually says "Ceased with v. 36, no. 4 in 1999?"
Note the question mark. The person who made the record didn't have all
the available information, so s/he assumed that the title had ceased.
