designs that have been developed and the staffing needs to properly support
an ERM system; how to assess your library ERM needs; getting started with an
ERMS and evaluating ERMS; licensing issues; E-Metrics: extracting and
analyzing electronic resources data; best practices; and future trends —
educating on Open Access.
