It does appear that Vol. 44 No. 12 (Aug 2007) is the Web Issue for 2007.  In previous years, No. 11/12 (July) was a combined issue with August being the Web issue.  This year we received No. 11 (July) and No. 12 (August), with the August issue having "Online Resources for Academic Libraries:  2007 Buying Guide".

since the web reviews are incorporated in the monthly Choice Reviews
online.
