Judging from the way the MARC tags are coded,
the cataloger at the institution that closed the record (IUL)
did not have piece in hand, for the last issue.
Otherwise the 362 would have been closed in a single formatted line.
The CEG says not to edit the 260 subfield c without piece in hand.

My question has to do with the record for the old title, OCLC #51539982.
It was correctly updated to include a 362 tag with "ceased with"
information and a 785 tag with succeeding entry info, but the 260 tag,
subfield c, still reads c2003- . Shouldn't it be changed to
c2003-2006. ?
