We have an extensive distance learning program and would like to get a
journal for the reference librarians who work with the program

I checked into Journal of Library and Information Services in Distance
Learning and found it was way behind schedule in publishing, so was not
willing to take a chance.

Any recommendations from those of you who already subscribe to this type of
journal ?
