Hello, Jeanne.  I always remove the resources from our Serials Solutions
profile, because if you don't, they still show up to the public.  If you
decide to resubscribe later, it should not be a big deal to add it back
in.  I do keep notes on why something was cancelled (perhaps notes from
a meeting where staff discussed and decided on cancelling the product,
emails, or printouts of usage statistics).  This may be helpful to you
later if someone wonders why the product was cancelled.
