It is published by Temple Law School. I talked to Larry Reilly (the
Associate Editor) and he said to email Mary Ann Collins
(mary.ann.collins@temple.edu) for subscription information.

Subject: [SERIALST] American Journal of Legal History pub info?
I am looking for current information on the American Journal of Legal
History - who is publishing it & where to get a subscription. I see
some libraries have gotten the first 2 issues of vol. 48; we've not yet
been invoiced for it, and while Ulrich's tells me Temple University
publishes it and provides a link, I'm not finding anything about it
there.
TIA -
