Christa,
Springer titles now have their ISSN assigned by the ISSN centre in
Germany. We can contact them to ask if an ISSN has been assigned and if
not, to please assign one, if possible. Sometimes ISSN centers have
problems assigning ISSN to series of the national library does not catalog
series but we will try to find out for you.
