The September 2007 issue of Current History is indeed, as ecpected,
volume 106.  The "107"  on both the inside cover and contents page is a
misprint.

When I called the publisher to inquire about this, as soon as I said my
name and that I was in a college library, the response was, "Yes, the
chronology is wrong!"  Mine was at least the third call Rita Marie in
their administrative office had received, and she's properly impressed
with how we notice and use this information.
