As I'm sure you know, this title ceased publication with vol. 42, no. 2,
the Jan/Feb 2006 issue.  Our subscription period was April through
March; we had already paid for the April 2006 - March 2007 renewal, and
our vendor paid the pub.  Now they've been trying to contact them for a
refund but are not getting any response.

Have others gotten a refund, or been in contact with the American
Society of Educators?
