The only way we could resolve our payments for
cataloger's desktop was to use a credit
card. And then we got charged twice and had to
get a credit. This year it seemed to go a little
better. But now I need to contact someone there
about a letter I received saying that our
subscriptions have been cancelled due to
non-payment. Since I never received an invoice,
I'm not even sure what's been cancelled. I'd
love to have a contact too if anyone has one. Carole Bell
