Mail is an issue there at LC. So much arrives there, and it's easy for
things to get lost or tucked into something else and not show up for a
while.

I sent payment by FedEx once a few years back, and it took lightyears for
them to get it.

Subject: [SERIALST] CDS contact at Library of Congress

does anyone have a specific, helpful person at the Cataloging Distribution
Service whom I could contact about Classification Web and an account
problem?
Has anyone else had problems with CDS receiving payments for products?
Thanks.
