***I do, after generating the Voyager missed issues list by date, and
having a student search other libraries to ascertain if they have the
issue.  I rarely claim anything I do not know has been published, and
received 10 days - 2 weeks ago (or more) at other libraries.
***Occasionally, I will email my agent or the pub (or Serialst) and ask
if further issues have been published.

***Yes, Harrassowitz.

Do you ever claim DIRECT from the publisher?
***Yes.  I do, of course, if the order is direct.  I also do so if there
is an ongoing problem  my agent has not been able to resolve.
