Greetings -

I am looking for the approximate date(s) that IOVS (Investigative Ophthalmology and Visual Science) Volume 45 Supplement 2 hit the shelves.  The supplement is missing from our print collection and there is no serials check-in record.
If anyone has this supplement, and can tell me the date that it was received by your library (stamp on the issue or electronic check-in record), I would really appreciate it.
