Re: Child Psychiatry and Human Development Journal Piesbergen, Frances R. 27 Jun 2007 15:47 UTC

Greetings to all.

I did a quick check of our SpringerLink access to that title and it appears they have changed the publishing pattern.
Previous volumes consistantly began in one year with issue # 1 as Sept, # 2 as December, and proceeded to the next year with # 3 as March, and # 4 as June. With the second half of V. 37 (2007), # 3 is listed as Feb. and # 4 is listed as April. V. 38 (2007) # 1= June and # 2 = Aug. So it is hard to say what the next issues will be.

Not the most helpful information, but something to work with.

Frances P.

Subject: [SERIALST] Child Psychiatry and Human Development Journal

Hello Serials People,

I hope that another library that subscribes to Child Psychiatry and Human
Development (ISSN 0009=398X) can help me.

I would like to be able to predict this title for predictive check in in
our ILS. We use ALEPH version 18.1.

According to the publishing information this journal is published
quarterly. We have received volume 38:no.1 (2007:Jun) and v.38:no.2
(2007:Aug).

I sent an email to the publisher looking for some more information and they
were not that helpful. I received a reply that four issues are published
per year, the second issue will be mailed in June. They do not have dates
for issues three and four.

What I am trying to figure out is what months issues 3 and 4 will be. It
looks to me like no. 3 would be considered October and no. 4 would be
considered December.

Do you agree with me? Thanks for any other thoughts you may have!

Best,

Judy Haven (aka Julie)
