Hello Serials people, I'm contacting you as we don't seem to be able to
make any progress in the usual ways.
Our problem here is that we can't get anybody connected with
AnthroSource to answer our queries. We've sent emails to several
addresses, and also sent a fax.
We discovered our online access had stopped, and figured that was
because we hadn't been invoiced (our subscription expired as of end of
May). In the last 2 weeks we've sent emails to:
journals@ucpress.edu; contact@anthrosource.net; and whatever the email
their website feedback form goes to. None has been answered, but access
was restored to the online content - so somebody somewhere must have
read something.
Now, to get an invoice ... still nothing.
Does anybody out there have any helpful suggestions?
