Circulation and prices are usually listed in *Ulrich's International
Periodicals Directory*. This publication is available on a subscription
basis in print and on-line formats.
Most libraries have subscription to this title.

I am not sure about publishing schedules though. This information might
be available from the publisher's web sites, though it might be a hassle
to track down all of them.
