We switched to EVA Subscription Service last year, after hearing about
them at ALA, I believe. Their prices were competitive, and I got glowing
references from other users I called, but now after a year, I am having
trouble getting missing issues from them, and even getting anyone to
answer the voice-mails I leave. The rep. prefers e-mail, which is fine,
except that again the response time is poor. One of our newspaper subs.
lapsed because the payment was not made on time in March, and it has
taken 2 months to restart the paper. I am wondering about other people's
experience with this company.
