I have not had a chance to look into this situation yet and I was hoping
that it was published somewhere far away so the U.S. ISSN center would not
have to tackle yet another parts problem (just kidding, of course!!).
After a holiday rest, we'll assess (and consult at LC) whether separate
records are needed. IF SO, we've already had an offer of surrogates and
will create or update records and assign new ISSN and notify the
publisher.
