If you go to the website for Patient Care
(http://patientcareonline.com/patcare/)at the very bottom of the page you
will find that the title has split into at least 6 edition demoted by
subtitle.  Each edition begins its numbering with v. 41, #1. The cover dates
however differ. We are still trying to decide whether to treat as a title
change.

The full citation for the January 2007 issue of Patient Care is

Patient Care: Primary Care Topics in Neurology & Psychiatry. January
2007;41(1):xx-xx.
For February, it is

Patient Care: Primary Care Topics in Endocrinology & Cardiology. February
2007;41(1):xx-xx.
For March, it is

Patient Care: Primary Care Topics in Neurology & Psychiatry. March
2007;41(2):xx-xx.
For April, they are

Patient Care: Primary Care Topics in Dermatology. April 2007;41(1):xx-xx.
Patient Care: Primary Care Topics in Endocrinology & Cardiology. April
2007;41(2):xx-xx.
Patient Care: Primary Care Topics in Women's Health. April 2007;41(1):xx-xx.

And May are

Patient Care: Primary Care Topics in Gastroenterology. May 2007;41(1):xx-xx.

Patient Care: Primary Care Topics in Infectious Disease. May
2007;41(1):xx-xx.
Patient Care: Primary Care Topics in Neurology & Psychiatry. May
2007;41(3):xx-xx.
