It seems this publication wants to have a volume and number every other
issue.  Here is what I have found.

January 2007              no number

February 2007            41 n1

March 2007                  no number

April 2007                     v41 n2

This type of numbering was not done in 2006.  Does anyone have some
thoughts on this?  I have never run into something like this.
