Thanks to those who responded to this.  Apparently issues are being
published/sent out of order.  We got our v. 86 #4 today.

We just got the November 2006 issue of this title, numbered volume 86,
no. 5.  The last issue we got was vol. 86, no. 3, May 2006.  Was there a
#4 published, and if so, what was the date on it?
