Transfer of titles to new publisher -- electronic access Diane Paldan 28 Mar 2007 23:43 UTC

I know this discussion has come up before and that groups are working on
suggested standards. But has anyone negotiated a contract with a
commercial publisher that has guaranteed access to years of content paid
for -- if the entire content (including back years) has moved to another
publisher. If other words the old publisher making arrangement for new
publisher to honor access for years paid -- regardless of whether a new
subscription is placed for current access with the new publisher.

Feel free to contact me directly and I can send summary to list. I am very
interesting in any language used. I of course to not expect anyone to
share name of actual publishers involved. More interest in the language
that is needed.
