Hello!

It's time to send the Ecologist to the bindery, but before I do that
I wanted to verify that I have all of the issues for 2006.  I believe
that we have received all of the issues, but in 2006 we received some
"international" issues and some "UK" issues.  I have a letter from
the Ecologist showing which issues were published through October
2006 (September 2006 for the UK edition).  Unfortunately, I have been
unable to get an answer from the Ecologist.

I have listed the cover stories (see list below).  The last two were
issued after the Ecologist letter that I received.
