We use Bridgeport for preservation photocopying of decaying books.  The
completed work is handsome.  However, they have been, as a rule, fairly
slow to return materials dispatched for that purpose.  I am assuming
from the comments of others that they may be on a fairly regular
schedule with regard to the return of periodical issues bound.

Personally, I like to have some options as to how the lettering will
appear on the spine (fonts and positioning).  Mutual provides for that
in their standard work orders.  The instructions I have sent to
Bridgeport in this regard were sand in their gears.  IW
