I'd just like to mention a problem that I have noticed since getting
everything set-up in December. Several times, including just a few
minutes ago, we lost our access to all of our Informaworld titles.
Even though we have IP authentication, the only way to "regain" our
access is to log-in and log out, then everything is fine. Strange, but
it seems to work. Maybe it's just us.

This is EXACTLY the same problem we are having! When I try to access any
of the titles first thing in the day, we have no access. Once I log in,
it's fine the rest of the day. This happens sporadically with other
staff, and fortunately it has not happened with any of our student or
public users. I have also noticed that when I try to access a title
through SFX, it's fine, but not when I access it through the catalog.
The funny thing is that the links are identical!
So far I have sent 3 emails and left 4 voice mails for 2 different reps.
The first time I tried to contact Informaworld was 1/31. I have had no
return contact at all. I have been very disappointed with their customer
service so far.
