I also had trouble with this.  I tried activating the account myself at
Informaworld using a login and password that they provided me after a
couple of weeks of trying.  I filled out all the information, but when I
looked at the area that was supposed to show all of our subscriptions,
nothing came up.

I contacted our Ebsco rep and after 3 or 4 rounds of e-mails and phone
calls, she was able to get them to activate the account.  I would say
the whole process took about a month.

I've also noticed yesterday that the links in EJS apparently haven't
been updated by Ebsco yet.
