I had this identical situation. My automated response when I asked to
create a password was automatically identified by our mail server as
spam, and never even made it to the spam folder of my Outlook email. I
requested the spam filter be removed from the account dedicated to
Journal Amdinistrators, the next mailing came through, and I've been
getting a marked increase in spam ever since.

Has anyone else been having an extremely difficult time getting in touch
with Taylor and Francis / Informaworld representatives? I have been
attempting to set up my administrative account correctly since December.
I have tried both phone and e-mail.
Thanks,
Rebecca
